Shipping Information
You have several options regarding the shipping of your item. If you select ground shipping, the charge will be
$2.50 for the first item and an additional
$0.25 for each additional item up to 9 items. If you purchase 10 or more items, ground shipping will be free. You also have the option of choosing Express or Priority mail for an additional fee (purchases of 10 items or more qualify for free
ground shipping only). You may also optionally insure your purchase for an additional fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us in the event you need to return or exchange your item. Please include the reason(s) your item needs to be returned or exchanged. We will be unable to refund any purchases more than two (2) weeks after your purchase is complete. The purchaser is responsible for fees associated with shipping the return or exchange back to Strung Out & Wired.
